David is an entrepreneur, impact investor, and Board director at a number of companies. David is the chairman of GlobeIn, a subscription marketplace with a mission to connect a billion people from developing countries to the global economy, a member of the Board of Advisors of D-ID (a privacy company) and a member of the Board of Advisors of inDriver (one of the fastest-growing ride hailings apps in the world). Previously, David was the CEO and Founder of AnchorFree Inc., David has been profiled among America’s Most Promising CEO’s by Forbes, selected by Inc magazine among the top 30 CEO’s Under 30 years old, profiled by Fortune, nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and named one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs. David built AnchorFree into a global leader in consumer privacy, security, and Internet Freedom with more than 650 million users downloading AnchorFree’s Hotspot Shield app globally. AnchorFree has played a role in some of the world’s most important events protecting millions of people from security and privacy breaches and disrupting censorship. AnchorFree has been selected by Forbes among America’s Most Promising Companies and as the world’s most innovative security company by FastCompany. David raised $63M million for AnchorFree from investors including Goldman Sachs and sold the company for $310M. 

David is an active investor passionate about start-ups with a social mission focused on solving real-world billion-person problems. In 2012 David met with the US Supreme Court Justices as part of being selected for an award with the Academy of Achievement and later with three former US Secretaries of State: Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright, and Henry Kissinger.
